Counselling (Academic/Career)	Free of cost.
Appointments	Appointments are recommended but not required.
Application Processing	Full service available. Only university application fee is payable. No additional service charges.
Other Fees	No other fees.
Visa Processing	Full service available. Free of cost.
Tuition Deposit	Required. Paid to the University directly.
Deposit Refundable	Yes. In full if (1) visa is refused or (2) student does not travel to Canada.
Travel Arrangements	Yes – full service including pick-up in Canada.
Custodianship (or private counsellor)	Service available. A custodian (someone responsible) in Canada is required for students under 18 years of age.
